Afternoon: Once we arrive at Ascot, you’ll head to our new exclusive base inside the Windsor enclosure (not the coach park) with music all day and seating for everyone!
- Seating and table for everyone (No need to bring picnic chair/blanket)

Complimentary drinks
After the bottomless prosecco at breakfast, the free flowing drinks continue on the coach with alcoholic beverages and soft drinks throughout the journey! This is likely to include Rum Punch, Wine/Rose, Apple/Orange Juice and Water.

Windsor Enclosure We cannot provide further drinks once you enter the Windsor enclosure. As part of their picnic policy (see below), each person may bring a personal bottle of Wine/Prosecco/Champagne to take inside the enclosure. This must be part of a picnic bag/basket. After this, you will need to purchase drinks at Royal Ascot.
Coach Journey
After the bottomless Prosecco at breakfast, the free flowing drinks continue throughout the coach journey!
This is likely to include the following;
- Wine/Rose
- Rum Punch
- Apple/Orange Juice
- Water

In the Windsor Enclosure – Picnics are allowed. However, they must be brought to the racecourse in a picnic hamper or cool bag/box. Please see alcohol allowance below. Picnics must be brought in at the time of entry to the enclosure and not on re-entry. Food or drinks of any description will not be allowed in with customers coming in on a re-entry ticket.
If you are coming with a large group and your picnic and Sparkling Wine or Champagne is divided among your hampers, please all arrive together for searching or split the alcohol evenly across the party. Otherwise individuals arriving with more alcohol than food will have to dispose of the excess alcohol.
Sharp bladed kitchen knives will not be permitted.
Alcohol allowance
In the Windsor Enclosure and Heath Enclosure Only – To embrace the celebratory nature of Royal Ascot, each customer is permitted to bring with them 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne per person to accompany their picnic. No other type of alcoholic drink will be permitted into the racecourse grounds and all picnics will be searched on entry. Please note that soft drinks will only be permitted into the enclosure with seals intact.
All our packages include exclusive access to our private seating area inside the Windsor enclosure. We are conveniently located directly opposite the entrance – accessible once you enter the Windsor Enclosure.
You are completely free to roam the rest of the Windsor Enclosure as and when you want, alternatively you can spend the day with our Dj’s and entertainment.
This year we will have seating for 500. This will be arranged in tables of 6 to 8. Tables will not be pre-allocated, simply find a table on arrival.
If you wish to secure a number of pre-allocated tables together (for a large group) then please contact us for large group reservation.
Assignment: It’s your best friends’ wedding. Dress accordingly.
Gents: Sharp & Suited. Bright, Bold. A Hat is the icing on the cake
Ladies: Glamorous, a Fascinator is encouraged to match your outfit.
Make a booking
You can pay all at once, or choose a 20% deposit plus two 40% instalments due by 3rd February and 3rd March 2025.
Earlybird Pricing – Deposit £36 p/p
£36 deposit + 2 x £72 instalments. Total £180p/p
Standard Pricing – Deposit £38 p/p
£38 deposit + 2 x £76 instalments. Total: £190 p/p
Final Release – Deposit £40 p/p
£40 deposit + 2 x £80 instalments. Total: £200 p/p
Our website allows you to pay with a deposit then choose an instalment package at checkout. Payments will be shown on the checkout page, and depend on the ticket selected.
The lead person is responsible for logging in to make payments before the due date. The entire booking will be at risk if one person doesn’t pay on time so please book for others accordingly.
Our automated system will cancel instalment plans after a short grace period. At that point full payment will be due, or the booking itself will be cancelled without refund. There will be administrational fees applied.
Our refund policy only applies if instalments have been paid on time.
Deposit non refundable
The deposit (or 20% of your booking) is non refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. If you’ve paid in full, then the instalment dates will be applied to your booking to calculate your deposit amount. (Deposit 20% / Instalment 1 1st Feb 40% / Instalment 2 1st Mar 40%)
Refund on remaining payments
80% of the remaining paid is refundable if you cancel before 2nd Feb, 40% of remaining refundable if you cancel before 2nd March. 0% refundable after 3rd March.
Deposits cannot be transferred within a booking if one person in your party is unable to attend.
We strongly suggest you take out travel insurance in case you’re unable to attend due to sickness or other reason. Your insurance company will be able to refund you in full.
Gorgeous Getaway Exclusive Seated Area - Windsor Enclosure
In our early years at Royal Ascot we were based in the coach park before and after the races, where our numbers grew from 30 attendees in year 1, to over 1000 in year 4! Following a trial in 2024, we’re proud to be the first group to secure a private seated area inside the Windsor Enclosure, with music and entertainment all day, across three days!
We’re excited about this new chapter, and look forward to welcoming you.
