To help capture the energy, joy, and memorable moments of our events, we regularly photograph and film during all our experiences. Please review our policy regarding how we use this content on social media:

1. Consent to Be Photographed & Filmed

By attending a Gorgeous Getaway event, you grant us the right to capture your image and likeness in photographs and videos taken during the event.

These images and videos may be used for:

2. Opt-Out Process

Please inform a member of our team or the official photographer upon arrival.
You will be given a discreet identifier (e.g., a wristband or badge) so we can exclude you from group media where feasible.

While we’ll make every effort to respect opt-out requests, please be aware that in large crowd shots or public moments, complete exclusion cannot always be guaranteed.

3. Tagging & Credit

We love to share the spotlight with our guests! When posting on social media:
