Thank you for choosing this upgrade! This page is ONLY for guests that have already booked a package with us. Please ensure you select the correct ticket for your package. Read below to familiarise yourself with the picnic policy and schedule for the day.

Picnic Policy
Food
Picnics are allowed in the Windsor Enclosure! However, they must be brought to the racecourse in a picnic hamper or cool bag/box. This is the perfect opportunity to load your bag with food/snacks to keep you going through the day!
Drinks
Each customer is allowed to bring 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne to accompany their picnic. No other type of alcoholic drink will be permitted into the racecourse grounds and all picnics will be searched on entry.
Groups
If you are part of a group, each person must have their own bag for their personal bottle allocation – you cannot load several bottles into one picnic bag.
Picnics must be brought in at the time of entry to the enclosure and not on re-entry. . Food or drinks of any description will not be allowed in with customers coming in on a re-entry ticket.
Location
Our newly assigned area is located conveniently very near the Windsor enclosure search/entry area. Enter the enclosure, bear right.. and there we are!
Coaches (London / Reading / Birmingham / Huddersfield)
You’ll be dropped off in the coach park where we’ll have final drinks before walking over to the Windsor Enclosure (5 minute walk)
Meet us there
On arrival at Royal Ascot, head to the Windsor enclosure where you can collect your ticket at the box office, then head over to our seating area.
