Q. When do i receive my entry ticket
Coach packages
Your entry tickets for the enclosure and our VIP area will be given to you during the coach journey to Royal Ascot.
Meet us there
You will collect your ticket at the Windsor box office (East Entrance), then head to our VIP area (straight ahead) and check in with our team for your VIP area ticket.
Miss the coach?
If you miss the coach, you can either meet us at the Hilton for breakfast, or at Royal Ascot Windsor Enclosure.

Q. What's the age policy?
Ascot itself doesn’t have a policy but our enclosure is generally 30+
Please contact us if you’re booking for anyone younger than this.
Q. What if it rains?
Royal Ascot is an outdoor event, so it’s wise to prepare for varying weather conditions.
Umbrellas are permitted, but please ensure they comply with the dress code.
Our tables come with parasols primarily used for sunshade; the enclosure and VIP area itself isn’t covered.
Historically, we’ve only experienced light showers in one of our seven years at Ascot. Here’s hoping for sunshine again!
